Subscription Plans - Terms & Conditions

- Monthly Plans: One essential oil refill will be delivered every month, upon reception of your payment.

- Quarterly Plan: Three essential oil refills will delivered every three months, upon reception of your payment

- The minimum subscription duration is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

- After the initial year, the subscription will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless canceled.

- Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary date of your initial purchase.

- Renewal will be for the same plan (monthly or quarterly).

- You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial one-year period.

- To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days before the anniversary date.

- No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

- Essential oil refills will be shipped according to your chosen plan (monthly or quarterly).

- Delivery dates may vary but will typically occur within the first week of each subscription period.

- You will be notified of any significant changes to the products included in your subscription as/if applicable.

- The subscription price is locked for the duration of your initial one-year commitment.

- We reserve the right to adjust prices for renewal periods with 30 days' notice.

- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each subscription period.

- Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan as per the end of each subscription period.

- Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
